Cloud Splitter Hatchet - Hand Forged - High Rock Made

The Cloud Splitter - High Rock Made - Hand Forged Hatchet is made of high carbon steel with a mirror polished finish.  It will cover a wide range of uses with its durable blade form, a sturdy companion in all conditions. The axe was designed to be highly functional, with the weight and head shaped for ideal splitting.  

Much of the design was inspired by the Adirondacks, and the name is derived from the Native American word Tahawus, meaning 'Cloud splitter.'  The word was once used to refer to the highest peak within the Adirondack Park in New York state, Mount Marcy. 

Hammered into form by a master blacksmith, our hatchet is built to last a lifetime.
